Oil change through dipstick question

Oil change through dipstick question
I purchased a Mityvac 7201 and got it in today, as well as my new Liqui Moly oil and a Hengst filter to do my 06 CL55 AMG and had a question. I've always done my oil changes the conventional way...from under the car. Once I discovered these fluid evacuators I decided to turn over a new leaf in my car care career and step into the 21st century. I did notice, however, that when looking for parts to do an oil change the old way, this car has 2 drain bolts just like the E55 AMG I was considering purchasing before I got this CL instead. Will going through the dipstick tube get all the oil out from this split pan design?

CL55's have one oil drain plug, I've done the oil change.
E55 and CLS have two because of the front subframe
S and CL have one
And I have never heard of anyone doing an oil change like this lol. I have used something like this for my transmission fluid but never an oil change...
