2004 CL55 trunk leak - Need help identifying seal

This seal in-between the trim piece seems to be where the leak is

You can tell the leak must have been quite bad

If anyone can direct me to the steps to get all this fixed I would appreciate it immensely, when the water got in the trunk the check engine sbs and abs lights came on throwing the P0500 code (Speed sensor) so I am assuming these are related? If anyone can identify the seal that is broken in the first photo I could start by replacing it. Thanks for the help
