C216 Hydraulic System FIlter
I just picked up a 2013 CL63 with 30k miles. I am going through my proof of event maintenance changing filters and fluids. In previous versions there is a hydraulic fluid filter to cover the damping/leveling system. I cannot find a part number and when I called the MB dealer they said it was built into the reservoir ($500).
Also, can anyone give me a quick idea on how to change the cabin filter(s)?
Thanks and nice to meet everyone. Used to have a W210 E55 that I gave to my father and then had some Jaguars. Went back to a Benz and so far so good.

I have just purchased a 2011 CL63 AMG WITH 46,000 km on the clock and I have been doing quite a bit of research and checks just like you
you need to check if the Cam positioning sensors have been updated and also check if the timing chains have been changed ( not essential on low mileage cars)
Also there was a service bulletin for a mod for a valve on one of the chain tensioner oil supplies. Google up M157 engines and there are some good Utube videos on these subjects

Thanks for the reply. Have you changed that hydraulic filter? I suppose I can just try to pull it to see what it looks like. I saw the Amazon one but it only went to 2011 so I was unsure if it was the correct fitment.
Thanks for the other information as well. I did look around at M157 information and saw what you mentioned. I will keep watch.
Let me know on the hydraulic filter, that is a priority for me.
