Flower Lug Bolt
This is a 2010 Cl550 4matic.
I have the flower socket but found that most of them were a little swollen unless they were the 2 new ones I bought to replace the ones that were FUBAR. Any idea why I can't replace it with a 14 X 1.5 thread bolt at 68mm length? BTW, if I did, would it be conical or ball? Yes, I can replace it with OEM but what would I gain when those get swollen again like the others? I can see that they are not messed up by the tool. The steel is intact but it doesn't fit into the flower socket I have. It fits but doesn't go down all the way.
