Greetings all. I have been lurking around here during several MB ownerships. I am thinking about purchasing this 2005 CL55 which has been sitting for about a year after the collision you see above. It was driven to where it has been sitting. There appears to be no other physical damage and the car is close to physically perfect. I have not heard it run yet. It has 108,000 miles and is very clean and looks well maintained. My question is this: aside from the (mostly) junk bumper covers available on eBay (I'm in Chicago too so the shipping is huge $$) what are my options for a bumper cover? I understand the AMG cover is different from the regular CL500 cover but can they be converted, customized, or modified? Thanks for your time and input.

2003 CL55 bumper cover
I never got a response to this post so I went ahead and purchased a new bumper cover through my Mercedes guru in the north shore suburbs of Chicago. In case it's helpful to someone in the future this is the packing slip that came with the bumper cover. It has the correct part number which I believe is important as many people are selling what they say are AMG front bumper covers but they are not and will not fit and accommodate all of the AMG-specific items under there.
