CL65 engine oil capacity ?

CL65 engine oil capacity ?
So just finished performing an oil change on our new 2005 CL65 amg and am alittle confused about the oil capacity. The owners manual has listed both 9.5 & 11 quarts with filter? I'm assuming this has to do with an optional oil cooler? How could I tell if I have the oil cooler and the correct amount of oil to put in? Our SL65 is pretty straight forward and the owners manual only has one capacity listed. Thanks . . .. also about 10qts came out.

I have a CL 63 and the procedure shows two different capacities depending on whether you changed the oil cooler on not. A standard oil change would not empty the cooler, therefore the smaller fill amount. I usually put a bit less than stated and then check. Good luck.
