They have cap on repair - $20000 max
ABC/Suspension job - $2500 max
So if you hit either cap max, that warranty is basically finished, doesn’t matter if you hit that cap in a month or life of warranty.
CL63/65/550 always have ABC problems and the average cost is around $2k at any or most MB Dealers …
Freedom Warranty thinks that this is HONDA CIVIC repair job. Any European shop averages $150-$250/hr labor charge. My Mercedes dealer is at $350/hr .. now add up parts lmfao.
STAY AWAY FROM FREEDOM CRAP !!!
For my AMG GT I have FIDELITY … best decision ever.

Both providers have the same claims payouts and claim acceptance ratios across all of our MBWorld customers, we are very happy to provide different options for different customers' situations.
And as a Fidelity provider, I have a Freedom Warranty on my personal vehicle.

Even if the rate is $275/hr - max they will ever payout for ABC or anything suspension related is $2500.
my bill was around $4200 - guess who paid the difference. $1700 difference to cover rest of parts.
now add that $1700 to your FREEDOM 4 year policy… see what I’m saying.
So please Don’t offer this FREEDOM CRAP over Fidelity. It might be good for Japanese cars and mom/pop repair shop estimates. And don’t forget when it hits $20k in total repair bills it’s over.
Now if I had just renewed my FIDELITY for my CL, they would have covered all of it minus deductible.
So at the end of the day FIDELITY is million times better than FREEDOM. Agent who sold me this policy never disclosed these caps, found out when car was in shop.
You should have disclosed the CAP when you made this post. I guess you all use the same line for sales, “ I have FREEDOM on my own vehicle “, backend payouts must be real good for peddling this trash.

It is true though, I do have Freedom Warranty policies that I paid for on my personal vehicles, and in the right situation, would recommend them to others.
I’m not complaint about Fidelity, I have that for my AMG GTs and E63s.
You might not be like other sales agent, but at the end of the day you know very well FREEDOM is crap, just imagine if your struts went out on you car just just from sitting around. Struts on SL are 8k job front and back. And when you put your claim though and get a call saying your warranty will only cover $2500, that’s when you **** your pants.
yea I might sound upset, disclosing CAPS is more important then someone getting screwed because there was better benefit for selling FREEDOM CRAP, then FIDELITY from backend.
look I have nothing against you, you didn’t sell me my FREEDOM CRAP, maybe your business practices are different. My agent hid the fact about CAP, I found out year later sure my mistake of trusting some snake oil selling agent.
Just disclose the FREEDOM CAPS on your listing so some other member doesn’t get sucked in, maybe LEAN towards FIDELITY as it’s worth every dollar.
