Two ongoing problems with my new CL63

1st is my cooling fan, the old one had stopped working so I simply bought another one on Amazon and installed it, well it is still not working, we replaced the pigtail going to the coolant temperature sensor and we also replaced the thermostat, my code reader is showing me a healthy request of 20% from the engine and a %70 percent request for cooling from the air conditioner.
the fan shows a slight sign that it wants to spin but it never does.

2ns problem is my driver side rear vent window. It is stuck in the open door position, it will not go up or down, I replaced the window motor but nothing has changed. Do I need a new regulator or do I need to replace this one?

My Mercedes-Benz dealership in Reno-Tahoe is two months out on service work, they charge a $350 diagnostic fee and a minimum of one hour of labor work at $230 so just for them to see my car and to flash whatever computers will cost me nearly $700 that's crazy, not including any parts.

What is the best solution? Because I have a good scanner but I don't think that it can do flashing on modules.
Thanks everyone.

I recently had the same problem. Had my independent run a scan on the control module (N22/6) and it came up with a relay fault. Tore into the back seat area, removed the control unit from alongside the right rear passenger seat, pried it apart and discovered all the components on the control unit PC board were surface mount and thus not suitable for DIY repair. I'm good with a soldering iron, but not that good.

I ordered a replacement control unit with the part number 216-870-78-26-80 from MBPartsCenter.com for $231.23. Popped it into the harness and it worked without any programming.

I can post some pictures on rear seat and trim removal if you guys think it would be useful. It's certainly a DIY project if you have a minimal set of tools.
