M5 in Boca Raton, FLA says he's stomped CL55 SC, wants more:
As shown by this dyno plot of a stock E55 (and others), these cars are routinely dynoing 420+ RWP. With an 18% driveline loss, this works out to 512 at the crank. CL55 weighs 4250 pounds, so 4250/512 = 8.3.
C32 weighs 3540 pounds (mbusa.com), so 3540/hp = 8.3 => hp = 3540/8.3 = 426 crank hp.
Just making sure we get a true measure!!

Oh, and I love how now, APK1013 is perfectly satisfied with a substitute four-door sedan with a completely different driveline and engine than the CL55 and weighs 700 pounds less, when before he was whining about racing an E55, which has the same engine and driveline as the CL55, because it has four doors and weighs a bit less.
I suspect that this is because he thinks he'll fare a bit better...
So, APK1013, I don't suppose you'd mind if SGC, or Dr. Chill, or some other E55 owner joined the party too, would you??
Somehow, I think I'll be hearing excuses on this one too!!
