Just picked up a new gen CL65 Titanium grey-- I am selling my 2005 CL65 now
I just picked up a 47k mile CL65 titanium grey... they discontinued the color after 2009 and it was a CL only color. it changes in the light from dark grey to light purple to a silver amethyst sheen. It is just a pretty and unique color I have never seen. I bought the car sight unseen from a Texas dealer..I live in Miami..... I was told only a handful of 65's were built with the paint. All the others for sale were black and iridium silver.
The only options on the car were dark burl wood and a black headliner as the 65's are loaded with the blind radar and night vision and everything else....
The car is a one owner car that is about as new as you can get for a used car.... I have had so many AMGs and they all retain very incredible condition over the miles and years put on them. And this car being 4 years old is basically new...it even had the plastic still on a lot of the interior trim that wasnt removed from the owner.
I had the oil changed and I had it waxed twice so far with the two weeks i have owned it.
I paid just over $70k with a 4 year 60k Total care warranty.....

What sort of condition is your 05' CL65 in? I've always respected the power those cars have, and have been looking for one over the last year. I drive an E55 and looking to upgrade.

Ref. my 2005 cl65 FOR SALE- 10 second car-
It is a 10 sec car --it ran a 10.80 on street tires
ECU/TCU tune
Front mount HE
Bigger Cooling pump
Custom $3500 exhaust
100k miles going on 25k by condition--
Everything about the car is like new- I am a fanatic and if it wasnt for the new one I got ...I would not be selling it-- i changed the oil monthly not by the 10k ridiculous mileage change the book says
The car has not a rattle or creak and has had no ABC issues except for one strut replacement as it was always a NV car before i got it
Its in awesome condition
I put on a carbon fiber rear diffuser and deck lid
the wheels are metallic black and the car is lowered..
It has new brakes and rotors and a new tranny--
I am asking $32k and its a bargain

I'm not concerned with the mileage...I had a Lexus with over 180K on the Odo, and never had an issue...I know these 65's can take a beating, a 100K on that beast isn't even scratching the surface. My main concern would be if the car has been in any accidents.

Blown I really think u have nothing in your life going on MAN-
REALLY I dont see the point in it- you know the calling out the same guy over and over... and then some guy puts pics of my brother up here then
guess what? A phone number my brother had listed was the google search that led him to us...omg!!!! you found out!!! They found out...
WE WERENT HIDING u knuckleheads....
Now I am here--- have been for a long time- a long time- with a much more separate incognito ID and the second I call out the no lifers...they run over and make threats to ban me or who knows who
Please just do what ever you want but in the mean time I will be balling in my many AMGs I have been lucky to own and you can sit and watch us come and go but one of us will always remain and one of us will always have a kickass car to jump into when I am not getting harrassed by the HARDY Boys

You have to be a special kind of douche to get banned from here...but an even bigger douche for getting someone banned...maybe even the type of douche to drive a C class rental type car aka C63!

Yes Sodo the car is like a scratch on the surface on terms of wear and tear..
Many folks assume a AMG with a lot of miles is a junk yard dog...most of the guys cant and wont own as many as myself and my family have had
So with that in mind yes a AMG is by all means at 100k miles- barely broken in and ready to roll well over another 100k miles all day long

Douche lol
Well if you stick around you will see a lot of guys who off topic their energies toward other members and assume AMGs are not what they seem in terms of being reliable and valuable and so on- they kinda knock their own cars while owning their cars- odd but true
Basically I had seen a lot of guys here knock the fact that my brother was concluding that his car was very reliable and didnt have any issues though his arguments led to being banned and his arguments were truthful as I can say to you he is without a doubt the biggest AMG banana head I have ever known- I sold him 4 of my AMGs- I am the rich one- he is the maxed out one with $10 in his wallet and driving a $200k car- lol no but close i guess you can say

The advice above is solid. You should ask for service history. I got that on my car and was very pleased with the service history on it. But without it, you may be looking at a car with only one oil change since 2005.
