does anyone know a way to test the v12 coil packs off the car? i'm assuming there must be some type of bench test. any info. is greatly appreciated.

Plutoe, thanks, but that tests coils for spark on the car. i'm looking for a way to test the v12 coil pack off the car possibly using resistance, or another means.

or just use any OBD2 tester or DAS and look for faults on cylinders

thanks i know that. i have a v12 coil pack that is in storage and i want to test it without putting it on the car. this is a back up coil pack and the one on the car is good so i don't want to take it off to test the storage coil pack.
