im planning to order one and the rep told me i should be adding some options on it because it would be good for reselling the car. and also he said nobody have ever gotten any discounts on that car. is that true? any advice?

2) Dealers are known for never giving anything extra for options at trade-in but will hype them on resell.

definitely easier to sell a car with more options, I wouldn't want to buy a completely stock car especially if it's an AMG. you'll enjoy the car much more as well! 
If you want a low spec car that is easier to sell I would go.
1. no charge color
2. Get P01 -$2300
3.Leather $1500
4. Becker prewireing $200 Get the nav box from ebay for cheap plug in.
If you don't have leather get the P01 at least. with the Becker prewireing.
