Oil Issues
My oil light came on a week and a half ago at 8k. I promptly had the dealership do an oil change. A couple days later the light came on again and I brought it back. They said they added another quart and it should be fine. Today it came on again. Before I bring it back I want to see if anyone has input or knows of any oil problems with these cars. Only mod is an ECU tune and I've had no other issues except a service campaign to install a coolant hose spacer per MBUSA.

Did you check the level yourself each time the warning came up or just take it in to the dealer? Make sure you get paper work to document the usage.

I checked it today but I'm not sure if I'm getting accurate readings from the dipstick because one reading was 3/4 full and a couple were 1/4 full. This is after an oil change.......I'll keep you guys updated.
