I'm looking at a 2014 CLA45 with an msrp of $55,425.
The dealer wants $1800 down that includes the first month and then $809/month (includes tax) for the remaining 35months and 10k miles/yr.
Is this a reasonable deal?

I don't think that's a great deal. You are paying 30,115 for 3 years and only getting 30,000 miles. You should at the very least be getting 12k miles a year for that much money.

Need to provide money factor and residual to really know what kind of deal it is. Also what's the sell price?
