I know what a BOF is used for. I am just not so sure if for this car whiith the boost pressures, it is really something that you need.
Unless i just want to listen to the sound it makes no matter what...

Mercedes did not use one for a reason... They are not stupid!

The B03 Turbo is an all in one unit from what I know about it.

I highly doubt that Mercedes or AMG would put in a turbo that's unsafe, especially with a 50,000 mile warranty from the factory plus an extended warranty.

Personally, I don't see the point in it, but I will do some of my own research on the B03 turbo and how it works. I'm not experiencing any problems with my tune.

On a personal note, the "if you can't pay, don't play" policy is actually pretty rude. Not everyone has the ability to drop said money on a whim, and even less on high value/low reward products.

I'm a firm believer of bang for your buck. Just because a product is out doesn't mean it's worth it. Believe me, I've been waiting for parts like everyone else, but I'd rather wait for products with consistent proven results rather than the newest product.

C63 AMG 2012 Tuned. A45 AMG Tuned
I installed it and spend 2 days of riding with it. Feeling funny of this sound, and I din't feel anything bad. Spool and reactions on gas are on the same level. I have piggyback and catless downpipe. I feel that it throw away overpressure which you don't need after Release the accelerator.
Just my point of view.

It has already been confirmed by AMG that this turbo deals with compressor surge with a change in its internal design, so a BOV is not needed. I have done Boost logging on my side and its obvious that boost pressure is dumped off throttle very quickly...how they do it I'm not sure but all this is a 600 noise machine.
