That looks to me like a quote for the MY15 CLA45. I have a MY16 CLA45 on order and the base price has not yet been released though I'm told it's $49,500. And according to the V1.0 Dealer Ordering Guide for the CLA45 AMG the package P25 is no longer offered. Instead there's the P71 "AMG Dynamic Plus" package.
I was able to get 6% off MSRP for my MY16 CLA45 as I was planning on doing Euro delivery and the dealer convinced me financially to stay here in the US instead.
