Change song using steering wheel without being in audio menu

Hi all, I would like to know if it is possible to change a song (playing via Bluetooth, on the radio etc) using my up and down steering wheel functions (on the left) without being in the audio menu?

Basically I would like to keep my digital speedometer view and use the up and down steering wheel buttons to change my music while driving.

Is this possible on a CLA45 AMG (2017)?

with factory setup this is not possible, but in case you'd like to have this so much - you can pay for special device developement and this wil become possible with 3rd party device installed
