CLA35

More issues of my CLA35 !!!!

I am from HK who are the new CLA owner.
I got my car , at this month. When I use touchpad to control the carplay. Some time it cant work , sometime delay . But I use black button which on the left hand side on the steering wheel is without any issues.

And I had go to dealer to update the firmware , but the porblem still here.

Anyone can help ?

Hi and welcome. I would suggest you take your car back to the dealer and tell them you still have the problem and would like them to fix it.

Yes , I did. But they cant help , they said already help to update the firmware. The issues still exists and said cant do anything. Just wait the Benz Germany have updates.

Do you also are owner of CLA35 ? Have any issues of your car. In Hong Kong , many many CLA have different issues.

My MB is much older than your CLA and doesn't have all of the electronic capability. If I was you, I would ask to speak with the regional MB representative and see what they say.
