Does anyone know any way of keeping valves open

2021 AMG CLA 45S
Hi,
I am driving a CLA45 but I think besides the engine, the rest of the electronic components of our car shouldn't be that far apart.
I had my CPC replaced and flashed to have the torque limiter and vmax removed.
At the same time, they were able to keep the exhaust valve opened full time.
The car does sound a lot nicer with the exhaust valves opened.
