My SA is telling me they are in fact producing a 2023 CLA 45. This makes sense based on the fact they are offering an anniversary edition - which can be configured on the German site at this point.
Not sure if any significant changes apart from that specific 55 edition is being offered as the ordering guide has not been published yet.
