For anyone not looking to send their ECU in and save on downtime, we can offer turbo cores to be built (charged separately, not part of the promotion) and the Cypher Handheld tuner instead of sending your ECU in (promo discount will apply to Cypher Handheld tuner, built in to each package by default).
