‘18 CLA 45 - Cranking but Engine Won’t Start (Do Not Shift Gears Message)

My 2018 CLA 45 AMG (stock - no modifications) cranks, however the engine doesn’t start. The display screen shows error, “Service Required. Do not shift gears. Visit Dealer”
Occasionally, the car engine does start and shifts perfectly fine. During some trips, the alert message will sometimes reappear. The car is then put into neutral.
The scanner reads; P0562 System Voltage Low, U0001 High Speed CAN bus, & P0513 Immobilizer Incorrect. I replaced both the main and auxiliary battery hoping to solve the issue. Components, like the alternator, seem to be charging well. We’re grateful for everyone’s input and expertise. Thanks in advance
