Dear Members,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m reaching out for information or assistance regarding a vehicle equipped with an NTG 6 MBUX system, currently updated to FUP4 – E906.014.
The Mercedes me PIN has been successfully configured in the mobile app and is functional for remote services. The driver profile in the MBUX is correctly synced and displays the Mercedes me logo, confirming it's not a local profile.
However, when selecting this profile in the vehicle, the MBUX does not prompt for the Mercedes me PIN.
My questions:
Best regards,
Franky.

My questions:
- Should the system automatically request the PIN upon profile selection for a Me-connected user?
- Is there any setting in the MBUX that can disable or bypass the PIN prompt, or is its enforcement fully managed by the backend/profile status?
Best regards,
Franky.
