I was looking for deals for my wife's GLS450 replacement on Friday of last week when I saw that the new CLA was coming out and possibly going all electric. AMG was in question. As a result, my You tube content started showing me reviews of the CLA45 S. Got me missing my '22 that I sold. So I started playing around on MB's website with builds on the 45's. While talking to the local dealer about possible replacements for my wife and I sent them my build for a new 45. On Autotrader, I saw a Manufaktur Alpine Gray near Cleveland which is about 2 hours from me. I wanted to see the color in person before I ordered one. My brother and his 11 yo son wanted to go make the trip. Monday, I called them to see if it was still up there and dealer traded it this past Saturday. Damn. However, he told me where I could find the color that I wanted. Only 11 left in the country. Can't order one as the Last Editions are out so all the ordered inventory is out there. Found the one that has similar build as what I wanted. Slightly less equipment close enough anyway. They sent me a video of the car, build sheet. Made one phone call to them and they are mailing me the paperwork for Saturday signing and should get the car in a couple of weeks. Time to start looking for mods All this because of logarithms of You tube!
