The exhaust system designed and produced by Akrapovič for the CLA45s is constructed from lightweight titanium alloy. The exhaust pipe alone is a full 46.2% lighter than the original factory unit, dropping from 20.8 kg to just 11.2 kg. In terms of performance, it also adds approximately 8.7 HP and 9.1 Nm of torque. Apart from its extremely low weight, the exhaust note produced by the titanium alloy material differs from traditional stainless steel exhausts — it is crisper and louder. Every acceleration delivers a sound rich in racing feel, unleashing an even more explosive driving thrill behind the wheel.
