No they are not. The CLA250 does have them. The 45 comes with a can of sealant and some kind of compressor or can of compressed air. Not sure exactly what, but they are definitely not run flats.

Every new CLA and S class have extended mobility tires, they are not branded run flat but they are pretty much run flats no spare tires with either vehicles. The MB USA reps said since a spare is only rated for 50 miles at 50 mph its no different then having tires that can run 50 miles on zero pressure. Not sure if the CLA 45 is any different, but we shall see.

There is room in all CLA's, AMG and non, for a compact spare, although none of them come with one. I will probably look into getting one for peace of mind. The reason I believe for the fix-a-flat kit they basically give for the AMG is the high speed rated summer tire only coming on it.
