CLA45 AMG transmission shifts into Park
When I try shifting from Reverse to Drive, the car shifts into Park. Shifting back to Drive, the shifter moves from Park to Reverse and then from Reverse back to Park without engaging Drive.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Unless you have big bulky knuckles or wear a huge ring that touches P on the way by this should not happen.
It will shift to park if the door is open when you move the shifter I believe but I have to check that.
Dealer time.
