Hi -
I'm looking to lower my 2014 CLA 45 AMG with this set of lower spring - https://www.ecstuning.com/b-h-and-r-...et/28858-3~hr/
After doing the research, some said this will only work for2015 and up model, as the strut body diameter was increased in 2015. But some said it will work for 2014 model too.

Any one knows or can confirm? Any other lower spring recommendations for the 2014 model?

Yes, these will work on your 2014. The suspension components are similar throughout the 2014-2017 models. If I remember from an article the 2018 was year they tweaked the suspension a little bit.
