18” wheels tire rack

Anyone know if these wheels will fit over the upgraded calipers from the performance package?

Tirerack says they “fit” the car, but I an skeptical.

I doubt it, the standard 19" wheels use a 52 offset. I have a set of Enkei M52's they are 18x8 45 offset and they will not clear the front brake calipers. They will need a spacer, I think a 10mm spacer would do it but I have not tested that yet. It depends on the setup of the hub on the wheel and how much clearance the spokes have.

Im not sure the offset was actually what I posted.

Just fyi - they do actually fit and clear the upgrades calipers. It was tough to test / measure the clearance with them on, but they do clear.

It is pretty damn close though. I was able to measure around 2.5-3mm of clearance at the closest parts. Ive been running with them without issue for a bit now.

That's awesome, I'm going to need spacers or sell my Enkei's and buy wheels that fit.

Just for reference I am running a set of 19x8.5 +40mm BBS CH-R for winter, no clearance problems with standard CLA45 brakes
