What was the test vehicle? Stock CLA45 has a 4s 0-60!

I do not understand these numbers. Car and Driver tested the 2020 AMG CLA 45 with a 0-60 of 3.7s and 1/4 mile: 12.2 sec @ 114 mph, so basically the same times at a Weistec Tuned car??
