No responds to my complaints
I own a CLA 250 and I have A LOT of problems with it. Within a month of ownership, I had a license plate lamp false warning. I brought it to Beshoff Motorcars for service. They did a software update and said a lot of CLAs came in with this problem and a software update solved it.
Within a week after that, I got the warning again. But I was illegible to rent a car (under 21) so I didn't bring it straight when this popped up.
Then after a while, the warning was off. But, it came out again. So I brought it to Beshoff. Because I went back and forth for this matter they changed the whole license plate bulbs for me.
Within a week after going out of Beshoff, my coolant belt broke in the middle of i-280. It was towed to Beshoff. It was said to be a defect in the belt (seriously? 6000miles? Belt broke?)
About a week or two after, my left tail brake lamp was on. It got to my nerves. This car is just not normal. I filed a complain on Apr21. Till date I heard nothing.
I went through Beshoff's salesperson, supervisor, and head service person. And they told me I had to contact Mercedes regarding this.
I did but they just never call me back despite the voicemails I left to the concerning person.
Did anyone have this "not being responded" issue from Mercedes? And do other CLAs have these problems too??
