CLA 250 Bluetooth volume issues with my Windows Phone HTC 8X

CLA 250 Bluetooth volume issues with my Windows Phone HTC 8X
Hi,

I just leased a 2014 CLA 250 4 Matic with navigation and bluetooth and having a problem with the sound volume when using the phone, it's way too low and nothing works to bring it up, either the volume in the car or phone.

I did'nt have that issue with my BMW 328 that I just brought back and let me tell you that my 2011 BMW 328 navigation and commuication system was years ahead of the MB, a bit disapointed with it...

Have you tried the radio volume control. It controls ALL audio sound levels.
