Need advice on CLA250 coupe LEASE ASAP

Dealer pushing me to make a deal by tomorrow. Here are the details, please chime in as to what you think, deal or no deal:
CLA 250 COUPE, 4MATIC. High gloss AMG wheels, panorama sunroof, rearview camera, premium 1 package, sport package.
MSRP $43,100. 36month/15,000 miles, $350/mo., 3500 down (includes 1st month payment, title, tax, regist, capitalized cost reduc, aquistion fee).
