2017 cla250 halogen feeling dissapointed
So now I'm kicking my self for not doing any research and just thinking I can replace the halogen bulb with HID 
After hours and hours of looking online I have come to the conclusion that I screw up basically right? and changing the headlights for the xenon/hid one is a no go?
was thinking of getting this to see if it would work

You're right in that you can't just simply plug in HID bulbs for it to work.... you need to do an HID conversion, particularly, a canbus HID conversion kit kit. We carry top end Morimoto canbus conversion kits if interested that will work. Offered in 4500K OEM soft white, 5500K white, and 6500K white with a slight bluish hue.
