After years of going to dealership for maintenance, I went to Jiffy Lube to do an oil change for my 2015 CLA 250 4MATIC last week. They declined to fix the broken usb port under warranty so I am not happy with the dealer. Anyway...back to the topic. I asked to do brake fluid exchange as well, and the Jiffy Lube technician said they could not lift up the car because this car has some uncommon lift points. Its not safe to force it to lift, so it would take him longer than normal to do brake fluid exchange. My question is, is it common that usual 3rd party auto shops don't have the tools to lift up a mercedes? I asked him this question, and he did not give me a definitive answer. Sounded like other Jiffy Lube have the same problem.

FWIW, after doing some research, I see its a bad idea to take my car to Jiffy Lube regardlessly.
