Hello, I have a Mercedes CLA 03/2015, but I would say it was manufactured in 2014. I have NTG5 system. My car has basic orange lighting with no ambient light menu, no configuration whatsoever.
I have entered the engineer mode and on page 2, I have the ambient light option (None, small or extended), when I select the 12 colors option (set page and restart), the ambient light menu (color and intensity) appears in display. but the problem is that ambient light menu are blocked, I can not modify neither color and intensity, they are always fixed. A friend tried to activate it with Xentry and failed. Get the menu to appear,
but no matter how much you move the control wheel to another color, it stays red, it doesn't move. Is it the radio's fault? SAM old? .. what do you think?
