Hi all. My sons 2019 CLA 220d keeps throwing the fault P0101 and goes into limp mode when he accelerates to 4k revs. We’ve cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner and reset the code. He drove nearly 100 miles and the engine light came on again and the car sits in limp mode.
I’ve reset it again and told him to not go over 3,500 revs and so far he’s travelled from Lincoln to grantham and back, Lincoln to grimsby and back and Lincoln to birmingham with no issue.
what can be causing this?
