Hello everybody,
I am new in the forum and I need your help to identify a problem.
I have Mercedes CLA 220 ( C118). My sunroof roller blinds are stopped working suddenly. I dont use them too much and usually I keep roller blinds open. Yesterday, i tried to close it but there is absolutely no reaction.
I checked the fuse 140 and 113 from the passenger site fuse box, they are ok. I could not find separate fuse for the roller blinds. Sunroof itself is working totally fine.
I tried to reset sunroof keeping forward/back/up/down buttons 5 sec pressed. Did not help.
I checked the rails of the roller blinds, there is no blocking.
When I try to close it, there is no noise from the motor, or there is no vibrations etc on the roller blinds.
It has no reaction.
I tried to close it manually, but I could not move it by hand.
No error/warning message on the car.
Battery was replaced 3-4 months ago, it is quite new.
What could be the problem ? Please advise.
Thank you.
