'Don't forget your phone' not working
I have used the same phone, Samsung Galaxy A40 for the two years and it has always alerted me when opening the door with "don't forget your phone" and a picture on the screen of a mobile phone when the home is on the charging pad (plugged in with a cable)
Recently, I changed my phone for a Samsung Galaxy S23 that has wireless charging and found that it neither warns me with a verbal warning or a visual warning anymore. I have checked the settings, proactivity, dont forget your phone, and the toggle switch is on. I have rebooted the system but still nothing. Also deleted the new phone off the MBUX and re-paired it.
Any ideas?
