I recently installed the Armaspeed air intake on my 2022 CLA 45 S, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve done to the car so far, alongside an exhaust mod. The difference in sound alone makes it worth it, the turbo is noticeably louder, with a really satisfying spool and whoosh that you just don’t get from the stock intake, even at idle/cold start it has a nice whistle to it. It adds a lot more character to the driving experience without being over the top.
Performance wise, the throttle feels sharper and more responsive, especially during quick pulls and acceleration. It just feels like the car breathes better.
On top of that, the intake looks incredible in the engine bay. The carbon fibre finish gives it a clean, high-end appearance that stands out immediately. It’s a huge visual upgrade compared to the OEM intake, Overall, I’m really happy with it, great sound, improved feel, and a much better look. Highly recommended to those with the M139 platform.
