2026 CLA 250+ cruise and lane keep issue

Hi all. I have a 2026 CLA 250+ EV with Pinnacle Trim. I'm based in southern California.

This is my first Mercedes-Benz and I've only had it a month from new and it's already had one warranty issue where none of the digital extras would activate. Now resolved, thankfully.

Today when I got in, my heads-up display wasn't showing, despite being turned on in settings, my adaptive cruise control wouldn't work and my LKA showed 'off' in the instrument cluster, despite also being switched on in settings.

When I got back in my car to go home a couple of hours later, the HUD started working but the LKA and ACC still wouldn't. I cleaned the sensors and cameras on the car just in case, but they still aren't working.

I'd like to do a soft rest of the system, but online the methods to do that requires physical buttons that I don't have. How do I soft reset the MBUX system using the touchscreen, please? I have mbux 1.3.2.

If that doesn't resolve the issue then I guess it's back to the dealer again for another warranty problem.

Any help gratefully received.
