We have waited since May, but finally the A200 has arrived. And we love it!
It now shows 1200 km on the clock in less than a month without any long trips yet.
It replaced the Audi A1, which took about four months to cover 1000km as we just did not like driving it.
Only complaint - the Keyless-Go does not work.

We love driving the A200 !Now up to 1500km. This is only limited by the fact we have two other brilliant cars to drive.
And there are definitely no rattles, squeaks or any form of unwanted vibes.
My complaint about the Keyless-Go is a joke as unfortunately Mercedes decided not to make it available in the A, B, or CLA classes.
