2019 A-Class Brochure USA
Noticed there's a link to the Brochure on the A-Class page on the mbusa.com site:

This clarifies that rear suspension is multi-link on both the A220 and A220 4MATIC in the US. I believe other models in Europe have the torsion beam instead. It also confirms 5 USB Type-C ports in the car, so it's pretty weird some people are finding cars with only 4 ports.
