MB Concierge - have you tried it?
The button on the overhead console or the concierge services in the mobile app. Have any of you tried it? I'm not a social butterfly via the phone and haven't done anything. I've saw some of the promotions for it and how you can basically call them to be your personal assistant and they'll go through and make reservations for you, order gifts if need them etc.
You guys gave it a try? If so, how was it? I might try to get my money worth considering I have a lemon car (still working through getting it fixed)

Yeah, I’ve actually given MB Concierge a try! I’m not super into phone calls either, but the service through the app is pretty smooth. They can handle a lot—like making reservations or even ordering gifts for you, which is nice if you're busy or just not in the mood to handle those things yourself. Plus, having that personal assistant vibe can help justify the cost a bit, especially if you're dealing with car issues like you mentioned.
