Mercedes feedback form?
Is there anywhere to officially submit feedback on my US 2019 A220 V177? Just would like to address a few issued I have had so far like:
- No fullscreen CarPlay
- No installing Navigation after vehicle purchase
- Easy Entry/Exit seat angled way too forward
- No blank gauge cluster sections
- Day/Night mode doesn't work unless I'm using the "Understated" theme, which only stays up if you don't touch anything on the screen and you have to manually select it

It's what I get for trying to ball out on a budget. The whole point of MBUX in the first place is so they can push OTA updates to fix these small issues. Haven't had an update since I got it.

I honestly don't understand why Mercedes does not allow you to buy Navigation after initial vehicle purchase... It is just a software license!!!, They could be making money... but no....
