Swakita

So I have a 2020 A220, bought it new so no previous owners. It had pretty significant engine work on it about a year ago due to a manufacture defect which required new cylinder heads to be installed. However, now it’s making a horrible ticking noise, while driving and while idle. I’ve noticed it before but it just got a lot worse recently. No check engine light or anything. Any thoughts?
