Question Could Ignition switch cause this problem?

Hey.

I got weird problem when I cold start the car. First of all my ignition lock is kinda stiff to turn with a key. Another thing is when I switch of the car at any temperature I have to turn the key all the way out and back to start it. Is it normal? The car is A160 1999.

Also sometimes when i cold start the car I hear clicking noise from starter but nothing else and when i move the key around it starts up. This staff happens always on cold start, after a minute "ASP, ESP/BAS, Oil and low fuel light (even though the arrow show half a tank) etc.. lights" light up and switch off few times. Also the RPM arrow starts to jump up and down not according to engine's actual rpm.

After all of that ESP/BAS lights stays on and car can be driven normally. When the car reached its operating temperature and is restarted at it ESP/BAS light switches off and runs perfectly except rough idle but i think that is something else.

Can the cause of it all be ignition switch or something in that area? Or am I screwed with this car?

Please help
