Mercedes W169 A180CDI ALTERNATOR/BATERY PROBLEM
Before one week i drived my car around the town and on clock appeared red light batery alternator visit workshop in secret menu in mercedes i checked my batery and alternator doesn’t work after few days i told this to my friend and he tild me come to me we will change together alternator regulator and we do that we open down plastics move out ac compressor and removed 3 screws of apternator and unlinked alternator i gave my alternator to electric guy who work in my town and he found one wire on rotor broken and my brushes on regulator was gone and i changed regulator valeo regulator but when i take regulator was not same like the genuine but i also changed the new one after fiting everything back i inserted new serpentine belt and everything i fitted back
After starting my car alternatoro charge well and good but after 30sec my red light is still here and on i don’t now what to do now maybe is regulator because is little different
.
Can somebody suggest me what can be problem why that light is still on everything is good my car have battery 12,6 v
