ESP: YAW and CAN error codes

ESP: YAW and CAN error codes
Hello Guys,
I want to ask for some help, for my W169 car.
The ESP has 3 error code:
-YAW sensor power supply
-No CAN messages from Steering column module
-No CAN from Instrument Cluster
I replaced the YAW sensor, i changed the ABS from the junkyard, checked all CAN cables, all fuses, measured YAW sensor cables (power supply and CAN cables too) and everything seems good.
In the data stream can be see the YAW and Steering values correctly.
I cleared error codes and doesent come back until i switch on the car again.
The car has more 1 more error code, the seat heating. But i think its not matter.
I spend more than 16 hours to find any solution, but im out of ideas as car electrician.
Have any idea, what can be cause this problem?
