MB is going to add a special edition model to the A-Class range. It will have standard AC, 10 CD stereo system and two exclusive colors.

Yes it is. It has got an AMG-optical tuning and an 2.1 liter engine powered by Mercedes-AMG.
But it has a lack of power (it hasn't reached an increase of 30% more than the normal version), so it got the name "A 210 Evolution" instead of "A 21 AMG"
